The Doncaster Brewery & Tap House
The Doncaster Brewery Tap House is a bar and brewery in the middle of Doncaster Town Centre and a stones throw from Cast Theatre. The Brewery Tap has a strong client base and attracts men especially in the main demographic Big Strong Man is targeting. It often hosts pub quizzes, tastings, music nights and also has an upstairs studio space where they often rent it out for performances, film nights, functions and events. There is a true sense of community amongst its patrons and have provided us occasional rehearsal space since 2019.
The owners have engaged with us professionally and personally and are prepared to further this relationship by participating with us in starting a mental health drop in session for its guests once a month where we will both provide open discussions of mental health challenges, active positive mental health practice, issues within masculinity whilst also engaging the participants creatively by welcoming their insight into the themes and content of Big Strong Man.
The Brewery Tap have offered us space to hold our mental health drop in sessions and also partnered with ups to host our community engagement panel throughout our research and development process leading up to and beyond debut performances. This support also includes promoting the drop in sessions and Big Strong Mans performance through their online presence and in and around the brewery tap.
Bang Average Theatre are good friends of The Growth House. They have performed for us at our first ever Tales At Twilight show and have remained close to us continuously supporting our momentum. Their work is hilarious and incredibly different to the large majority of art in the current industry and their creative focus is something were greatly admire.

By building meaningful relationships, they support their collaborators to shape a process that empowers everyone involved to take an imaginative leap and give voice to the stories they want to tell.
Craven Consultancy Services
Craven Consultancy Services' offers outsourcing of companies Health and Safety and Human Resources. Their mission is to increase overall value to a business and ensure that businesses operate legally with our support and guidance. They will help us promote the show with their networks in the building and construction industries, sectors with some of the highest male suicide rates. They will also sit on a Mental Health at work panel with The Jordan Legacy.
