Peter Pearson (He/Him)

Peter is a Geordie Actor/Performer, Yoga Teacher and Breath Coach who trained at Drama Studio London and is represented by Fiona Cross. Peter works mainly in devising and improvised theatre and is a member/collaborator of several social theatre companies (PSYCHEdelight, Actors for Human Rights, Arts for Action and Theatre-Rites) combining activism with art and has performed throughout Europe.

Peter offers breath coaching for 1:1 clients, 4 part workshops and one-off events, helping people breathe better, healthier and all the benefits that come with it. For performers, this means offering tools to regulate stress and develop agile nervous systems, allowing a simpler way to reach the highs and lows of emotions and thoughts.

Peter loves being out in the cold and being upside down.
