Paintings by Jackie Whall

In 2018 during our first research and development for A Manhood Project, a local painter named Jackie Whall got in touch when our team appeared on a community radio programme, Sine FM. She was fascinated by the subject matter and the idea of physical theatre, so Jackie asked if she could come in the room to observe. Inspired by what she saw, Jackie created nine breathtaking original paintings. She wanted to capture the grand and intimate moments she witnessed when we were working.

In 2019, she rejoined us and created 8 new headshot portraits of Chris, Peter, Sam and Jordie. We love having Jackie in the room as she brings her own experience as an artist and her work directly influences our own.
